Just a reminder if you are distributing, signing or picking up petition forms.  

1. You must sign only the front of the petition form
2. The petition that we are endorsing is only the one issued by Sam Oosterhoff’s (our MPP) office
3. The petitions must be returned to Sam Oosterhoff’s office by noon on October 30th
