Once it is downloaded on your computer you can use this document to work into your personal letters to the Board of Directors of Hamilton Health Sciences, to our MPP, Sam Oosterhoff, to our Premier, Doug Ford and to the Minister of Health, Christine Elliott. We are suggesting that you hand-write your letter as it is more personalized however if you are unable to all letters are encouraged.
